The Cleanse, Day 3

More challenges on day 3 of the cleanse diet.  I have a super busy day today and dinner tonight with an old colleague at Café Zinc in Midland.  What to do???

I woke up this morning still feeling approximately the same. Not a big difference in how I feel yet.  Since I was teaching Nia this morning, for breakfast I had my Arbonne protein shake because I love how easily my body digests it and that it sticks with me for 4-5 hours.

I had back to back meetings today, which recently has stressed me out, but I must admit I felt calmer today.  Luckily, at one of my meetings the host brought chips and salsa which – yay! is on the Cleanse.  No having to resist temptation.

For dinner, I ordered the scallops, which seemed the least offensive menu item for the Cleanse.  They were served with grilled cauliflower and jasmine rice, so the scallops were the only offenders on my program.  It was light, but quite frankly not all that tasty (the last 3 times I have eaten at Zinc I have been disappointed by the food.)

So, overall not a bad day considering the busy nature of it.
